01. Description of Service

AI Thumbnail Studio provides professional, data-backed YouTube thumbnail design, multi-concept A/B testing variant production, visual strategy, and channel CTR telemetry services for video creators, production studios, and brands.

02. User Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information during account creation.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You may sign up via email/password or authorized Google OAuth single sign-on.

03. Subscriptions, Plans & Credits

Access to thumbnail production is structured around monthly subscription tiers and credit allocations:

• Credit Quota & No-Rollover: Monthly subscription credits are allocated at each billing cycle renewal. Unused monthly subscription credits do not roll over to subsequent billing periods.
• On-Demand Add-on Credits: Additional credits purchased via the 5-credit pack (₹249) are non-expiring and remain preserved across monthly renewals.
• Credit Consumption: Each submitted thumbnail request consumes exactly 1 credit upon entering production queue.

04. Production Workflow & Revisions

• Turnaround Window: Standard deliverable production is 12 to 24 hours from submission.
• Included Revisions: Every delivered request includes a 72-hour revision window during which you can request creative adjustments at zero additional credit cost.
• Final Approval: Once approved by the creator, the request transitions to completed status.

05. Commercial Rights & Intellectual Property

• 100% Commercial Rights: You own full commercial rights to every approved, delivered thumbnail graphic created for your requests. You are free to publish, monetize, and display the assets on YouTube and social media platforms.
• Your Source Assets: You retain full ownership of all raw images, logos, and materials you upload. You represent that you possess the necessary rights to use and authorize our studio to use those assets in producing your thumbnails.
• Studio Platform IP: AI Thumbnail Studio retains all ownership of our software, brand, proprietary layout algorithms, website assets, and CTR benchmark telemetry systems.

06. Cancellation & Refunds

• Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time directly through your dashboard billing portal. Your plan will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle without further automatic renewals.
• Pre-Production Credit Refund: If you cancel a submitted thumbnail request before our design team initiates active production, your credit is immediately refunded to your account balance.
• Subscription Fees: Because our design capacity and computing resources are reserved immediately upon subscription activation, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once active production has begun.

07. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AI Thumbnail Studio to:

• Upload or request illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass platform security, credit ledgers, or payment verification systems.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or automated scrapers against platform endpoints.

08. Third-Party Integrations (Google & YouTube)

When using our YouTube Analytics integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policies. Our application uses Google API Services strictly in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

09. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AI Thumbnail Studio provides design optimization engineered to maximize click-through rate. However, actual YouTube viewer traffic and video performance depend on content quality, YouTube recommendation algorithms, and audience behavior. We do not guarantee specific viewer counts, monetization revenue, or search rankings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Thumbnail Studio and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
